As total income which includes 250000 as capital gain and balance other incomes then do we have to calculate surcharge on 250000 while seeing total income or not

Here they have shown rsp 18 added to tally the total figures is it allowed in exam and I have used round off till 4 figures and icai three so my difference is coming to rsp 1while tallying how should I show

Till what digit to round off , in text they have done till three and in some places four I am confused I solved this sum by taking round off uptill four digit but answer came different
