What is Speak & Revise?
Speak & Revise is a revision tool in the free Studycaller app. You add a chapter (photos of your notes, a PDF or pasted text), Bruno, our AI tutor, asks ICAI-pattern questions on it, and you answer out loud. Your words appear on an answer sheet as you speak, and Bruno checks your answer by meaning, shows the key points you missed and lets you try again until you get the green tick.
Are the questions really in the ICAI pattern?
Yes. Bruno frames each question the way ICAI papers and Suggested Answers do: the right question verb (Explain, State, Distinguish, Examine whether…), the marks, and the answer layout an examiner expects, such as Provision → Analysis → Conclusion for case studies. He only uses sections, Standards and cases that are in your own material.
Can I answer in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. You can speak in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Bruno checks the meaning of your answer, not the exact words, and gives feedback in your language.
What does the green tick mean?
When your answer scores 80% or more, the question gets a green tick and is marked as revised ("yaad ho gaya") in your revision library. Below 80% you see what you missed and can re-attempt; re-attempts are free.
Can I revise my own written answer as it is?
Yes. Choose "Revise my answer as it is" when your page already has a question and your answer. Bruno keeps your words, splits the answer into small parts and you learn it part by part by speaking.
Is it free?
You can try one question here on the website for free, without signing up. In the app, the free plan includes 3 Speak & Revise questions; the Pro and Elite plans include many more, with your full revision library.
Why do I need the app to see my score?
The website gives you a quick taste: Bruno checks your answer here, and your score, missed points, re-attempt and the other questions open in the Studycaller app, where everything is saved in your personal revision library. The button takes you straight to this chapter in the app.
Does it work on my phone's browser?
Yes. On Chrome for Android and on desktop Chrome your words appear live as you speak. On other browsers you can record your answer, or type it. Allow the microphone when your browser asks.
