In the dividend declaration when there is an inadequate profits section.. I have a doubt whether the 1st condition is not satisfied or not, shall the dividend be declared or cancelled by the company My lecturer says that if 1st condition is not satisfied, then there is no dividend declaration but I'm not satisfied with that answer because in the last line it states that " All the above 3 conditions have to be satisfied" While there are a total of 4 conditions. I have to clarify that. Can someone answer this question. Is the dividend declared even when the 1st condition is not applied? Or if the 1st condition failed so the dividend is not declared?
