Good to know
- Sessions are 1:1 video calls. The meeting link appears in My bookings before the start.
- Reschedule up to 12 hours before the start, at most 2 times.
- Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund to your original payment method (5–7 working days).
- If you miss the call without telling us, the session is not refunded.
