Hey!
Listen that's a very good start for preparing Ca foundation
Don't wait for 12th to get over
You can definitely start preparing and can aim for an AIR as you have got a lot of time
You can start with law and maths if you want get every concept and language of law clear and get your maths at the point of your fingers because it has easy topics that you can start
Also with topics that coincide with your 11th or 12th whichever you in so that these topics of yours become the strongest
Usually 2 to 3 months of prep is enough but in your case you should go for an AIR

Brother keep Focus in your 11th and 12th because in ca foundation a lots of syllabus cover from those classes. If you can strong your base in Accounting, business economics (micro and macro) this will you out a lot of in ca foundation and maximum time you can save.
And i will recommend you to continue ca after your higher education (12 class)
