Whereas Creditors of Kush Ltd. include 3.1 lakhs due to Shuk Ltd., the difference being represented by a cheque in transit. You are required to consolidate the accounts of the two companies and prepare a Consolidated Balance Sheet of Kush Ltd. and its subsidiary as at 31st March, 2010.
