I have a doubt in related to itt and oc training: I have applied for itt training and after registration it is there that you have to send some details to email before 2 days of starting the batch,and if not send before two days it will be allocated to another person,so should I send it now(9days left for starting of batch) or should I send them now only?

I'm having a doubt .. I got exemption in cost in nov 22 then may 23 I didn't fill exam form then in nov 23 rest 3 PPR of old syllabus got cleared .. I appeared for unit 2d in may 24 bit didn't cleared .. so sep 24 k lie unit 2d appear krna h and permanent exemption abhi lena h kya .. pls help anyone
