Hey guys, I have an doubt if Land owner entered into JDA for construction of Flats in his Land....but before completion certificate land owner have sold some undivided share of land and the construction agreement entered between developer and the person who buys the land....Now How Capital Gain Attracts to land owner and if in case capital gain arises on the date of transfer of land to developer means what will be the sale consideration in the year of transfer?
