How to calculated the actual rent value ??
Becz, in ans it is given as
40L-(2,40,000*4/12*3/4)
My dout is why did 3/4 is multiple for calculating the rent during the house is vacant

And
Ramesh loan amt is 15L but in ans calculated as 20L
And
For suresh loan amt is 10L but in ans it is 12L
