I’m a South Indian student, and my second attempt is in January 2026. I had taken ICAI recorded classes, but I couldn’t complete them due to personal reasons. Also, I’m not able to understand Hindi fully. So, should I continue with the ICAI classes or anyone can please refer me english classes Kindly guide me.

I have tried to file in rti but, always a error happening ..it was like whenever I choose public authority as icai my mail ID which was automatically attested in it was disappeared and also I wasn't unable to typ or submit the form without it but, sometimes even if everything's are attested correctly I wasn't able to submit the form .... Is there any different procedure if we aldready filed one time(not this attempt) through rti???
