Directly company ko remit kiya - violation of section 3 Toh transaction permissible kaise ?

Could someone please help me out? In the book the answer to this question is part C. However my doubt is that in Schedule 3 transactions, if the amount is above the specified limit, the way it is in this question, do we need permission for the whole amount or just the part that is above the said specified limit. This is from FEMA,1999, Current account transactions, schedule 3 transactions.
