I have a doubt regarding valuation of raw material under AS 2. Suppose **one raw material is used to manufacture two different products**. One product is expected to be sold **above its cost**, while the other product is expected to be sold **below its cost**. In such a situation, should the raw material be valued at **cost or replacement cost**? Also, do we consider the profitability/NRV of both finished products together while determining the value of the raw material? Please clarify this concept.
