In this issue of right to buy new shares in the given proportion at discount is a violation of section 53 ? Is this valid ? And if this doesn't violate sec 53 because if the value of total shares held by shareholders after purchase remain same as to the proportion of his investment How could issue of right it be a reward to existing shareholders (as issue of this right doesn't give any benefit then the given statement i.e to evoke response from shareholders is held as wrong ?)
