Market value of bonds and reh market value of interest rates are inversely related then if people bought a bond with interest of 5% then the interest rate will be down to 4% and there is increae in bonds. If the interest rate is low people get the amount as low?? Y people are going to buy the bonds with low interest rates please can anyone explain this.
