The boat capsizes and all the 5 die being drowned. 1) Is the private company Flower fans limited no longer in existence? 2) Futher is it correct to say that a company being an artificial peron cannot be own property and cannot sue or be sued? Explain with reference to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
