The question is: What would be the validity of acceptance if the letter of revocation and the letter of acceptance reach together? In the Jan 2021 past paper answer key, it says: "The revocation would be absolute even if both reach on the same day." But in the MTP Nov 2018 answer key, it says: "If the revocation is opened first, the acceptance is revoked. If the acceptance is opened first, the contract is concluded." I’m confused about which interpretation is correct. Could someone please clarify? Thanks in advance!
