Shareholder ki liability share ke issue price tak limited hoti hai toh ek share ko fully paid kab khenge jab company ne full issue price maang liya and shareholder ne pay bhi kar diya .means shareholder ki liability towards company is over Aisa share jis pe company ne poora issue price maang liya but shareholder ne sirf face value pay kari hai premium abhi pending hai toh kya ise fully paid up share kha jaayega ?ab aap aisa sochoge ki premium kabhi separate toh hota hi nhi hai always face value k sath attached hota hai but aisa tab toh ho sakta hai agar person ne jyada shares k liye apply kiya ho aur use kam allot kiye gye ho toh ho sakta hai ki Allotment deduct karne k baad bhi kuch paisa bach jaaye jis calls mein adjust kiya jaayega Toh is tarah k share ko notes to account mein kha dikhaye Subscribe and Fully paid up mein ya subscribed but not fully paid up mein
