Rahul is indebted to Sameer . He sells a trolley to Chaman. Chaman promise Rahul to pay all his debt to Sameer. If Chaman fails to pay, can Sameer sue Chaman ? Why?

No sameer cannot sue chaman because they both didn't had any contract ..Sameer can only sue Rahul. Although Chaman has promised Rahul...not promised Sameer to pay debt..Sp there is not contract between sameer and chaman
