I am a direct entry student i have registered for provisional registration on 28/03/2024 and yesterday icai send ha mail to correct provisional registration from no to yes and change ug qualification

To make the necessary changes in the SSP (Self Service Portal) on the ICAI website, 1. **Login to SSP Portal:** Visit the ICAI SSP portal at https://eservices.icai.org/. Log in using your SSP credentials (username and password). 2. **Edit Profile Details:** Click on this option to proceed. 3. **Update qualification Details:** In the profile editing page, you should find fields related to your details. Update status from "Passed" to "Awaited" as per the instructions from the email you received. 4. Generate OTP and submit the changes

There is no any direct option to change provisional registration N to Y, you have to change result passed to awaited where you have given you ug qualification details, when you change result option from passed to awaited it automatically change provisional registration N to Y. Once it change then save the details and resubmit the application form.
