No Rahul can't take any action, cause no consideration no contract

The rule no consideration no contract does not apply to completed gifts. And also Rahul's father gifted him the house out of natural love and affection. Thus, both are considered to be the exceptions for quid pro que. In the following case the agreement made even without consideration is valid

The agreement is void cus, the intention of the parties is not to create any legal relation.

If the mere silence is considered as acceptance of second party in previous act then this is valid contract

Yes when the agreement is made the second party does not say anything and mere silence to contract is not considered as the agreement is valid
