For example; I'm the owner of a company and u r employee in my company u r well talented now I want you that u r not supposed to do work in any other company coz of u talent so that now I'll pay a lumpsum amt to you for not to join in another company coz if u join in another company I may lost some experienced person rightt in this way by paying some amount to you I'm tolerating youuu for not to join in another company
