According To The INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872, Free Consent is one of Essential Elements of the valid contract. The parties Must Concent Latin maxim : Consensus ad idem Meaning: Parties Must be agree upon Same thing in the Same Sense. Here In this case there is no consent Between Mr.A & Mr.B. Because both of them were think upon the Different flat Hence, This is a Invalid Contract

In this there is no metting of minds therefore the contract will not be treated as valid and it will be cancelled

There is no free consent, for a valid contract there should be meeting of minds ( consensus ad idem). No consensus ad idem No contract.
