According to ICA 1872 u/s 124 (indemnity) If a alcohol user person has a health insurance; After some time the drunkard person died due to heavy drink wheather the indemnifier is liable to pay or not

    If the insurance company is aware of his/her alcohol usage and still grants them insurance then yes the insurance is liable to pay the nominee the insurance ammount (principle of utmost Good faith),
