Please please please don't think to skip ICA it almost cover 35 to 40% of the syllabus

If you have plenty of time like you are going for Jan 27 attempt you should complete the ICA...and then rest of the chapters as explained above

First you should do The company's act 2013 ...then The partnership Act 1932 and LLP 2008 ...then you should do IRF and then The negotiable instrument act 1881 ...and then you should make choice whether you want to SOGA or ICA first... remember you should strong the IRF, Partnership, LLP , companies these are easy chapters ...from which you can easily secure your 40 marks
