auditor ne jo bhi fs or accounts audit kiya hai vo sara general meeting mai members ko present karna hai as per requirement of sec 143(2)

Auditor shall examine every accounts and financial statements which are required by the law to be presented in the general meeting and shall make a report on the acc. examined by him to the company .
