Will LLP be liable if a partner acted without an authority and the OTHER PERSON KNEW THAT HE HAS NO AUTHORITY! ??? AND WHAT IF HE DIDN'T KNEW ABOUT HIS AUTHORITY

If the third party is aware of the fact that such partner has no longer authority then the partners will not liable for the act of such partner only firm will liable to the extent of its contribution
