For practical questions:1st paragraph Provision: mention section no. And name of the act , 2nd paragraph Fact of the case : present it in point and explain the case in it , 3rd paragraph conclusion: derive the solution. For theoretical questions: try to present it in points , focus on content and legal language rather than focusing on handwriting.

Firstly write que number on the top middle of the page , then the write provision which is applicable then write explanation and at last what the conclusion.
