I have completed Contract, companies, partnership and llp act and IRF as well. so can I skip negotiable instrument act and Soga?

Definitely don't skip SOGA. It's too important to leave out. If you're feeling overwhelmed, maybe just focus on the 'Important Sections' of the Negotiable Instruments Act instead of skipping it entirely, but make sure SOGA is rock solid first."
