Fellow Foundation student here. If you want the real truth: your structure is great, but your technical wording needs to be tighter to get full marks from ICAI. The 'Missing' Phrase: In Law, 'Turnover' doesn't mean anything unless you add 'for the immediately preceding financial year.' If you miss that specific phrase in the exam, you lose the 'technical accuracy' mark immediately. Analysis vs. Facts: Your 'Analysis' section is a bit thin. Don't just say it qualifies; you need to explicitly compare the figures. E.g., 'Since the paid-up capital (3.5 Cr) is within the ceiling of 4 Cr AND the turnover (35 Cr) is within the ceiling of 40 Cr...' The examiner wants to see you actually applying the law to the numbers. The Definition Trap: You correctly identified the 4/40 Cr limits, but make sure you emphasize the word 'AND' between them. A small company must satisfy both conditions. Presentation: Your handwriting is clear, but Law papers are long. Try to use more white space. If the examiner has to 'hunt' for your limit numbers (4 Cr/40 Cr), they get annoyed. Underline them next time. You’ve got the concepts down 100%, now you just need to 'lawyer up' the language. Keep practicing!"
