Check sample or previous year paper for better understanding there is no such concept of chapters weightage ICAI gives very unexpected paper in every attempt but there are some imp chapters that comes very frequently or like mandatory like Consolidation ( 14 marks ) Amalgamation (14 marks ) Buy back (6-8 marks) Internal reconstruction (6/14 marks) Company final accounts (6/14 marks) Cash flow statement (6 marks can also be in MCQ) Branch accounts (6 marks always comes in 6 question in every attempt) Rest of the chapters are also attempt but vary from attempt to attempt
