Can anyone explain how 5.335 came into this annuity factor?

1+10% / = (8times) after that press Gt and reduce 1.1 (if u don't minus 1.1 it will give u overvalued factor because 1.1 will also get included.. because in the begining u added 1+10% to get 1.1 to reciprocate it for getting PV factor so make sure to minus 1.1 after pressing GT.

Just write on calculator (1÷1.1)do not press = then after press 8 times========you get 0.4665 something then press GT you get the ans
