Saparate it into 2 cases a). Any two & b). Only two A). 2 ladies are fixed together, then 4 individuals and 1 group of those 2 fixed ladies are there ( total 5) we apply formula of circular permutation (n-1)! So (5-1)! Is 4! And those 2 ladies can also change there positions so 4!×2 = 48 B). 2 ladies are fixed together, and 1 lady fixed at right of those 2 ladies with a gap of 1 man, (implying only 2 ladies together) then remaining 3 men can be arranged in 3! And, as those 2 ladies can change their positions 3!×2, as that single lady can be fixed at left side of those 2 ladies 3!×2×2 = 24 A). + B). = 72 option C ............. If not getting it, you can draw 6 points on a circle, you can try again to understand.
