How to solve last adjustment of equity shares capital and bank account balance ?

iska matlab hai ki capital reduction account ka loss ESC ko reduce kar ke liya jaega and bank balance needed for adjustment will be bought by equity share holder which will be 7 lakhs as per my calculation and reduction in ESC is 3 lakhs also there is expenses of 3350 which is normal entry capital reduction debit to bank
