Yes, if you study from module it is enough for exam preparation but I suggest you, first you seen lecture than read module and practice questions from module , RTP, MTP.

Watch a concept class and then do material problems ,scanner, past year papers and solve as much many questions u can using timer, u will be fast and accurate.
