    Royalty is other source income But jab total income. Show karte h to jitna receive karte. H utna he na show karte - jo expenses inccur in royalty Deduction lene time na restrict karte h 15% tak

    PGBP : 288000 - 40000 = 248000 : (Max 15% Royalty) 288000÷18%×15% = 240000 : Amt brought to india till 30th September i.e 230000 : lower of the above i.e 230000 (-) Exp (40000) = 190000 Hence Deduction u/s 80QQB is 190000
