Assume P = x and than solve... u will get SI =0.125x and than by removing point it will be 125/1000 x... so 125/1000 is 1/8 x... now u have SI =1/8 x, P = x, R = 10% so by simple interest formula u will get T =5/4 that is 1 1/4
