Act Applicable : The Indian Contract Act, 1872 provisions : 1) Offer Must Be Communicated to offeree 2) aceptance ignorance to offer when the offer came to the knoledge of offerre when offer is complete . In this case offer is not complete beacouse fisherman not knoledge of offer is invailid . in this way fisherman could not claim money

Under this question the provision will be that the acceptance must be communicated... Than u shall explain the provision... after that writing the facts of the question u can conclude by saying that as the per the provision stated above fisherman cannot claim money because he was not knowing about the actual offer and to save his life he coincidently swim the target...
