Anyone help me to solve this doubt i.e. in this solution Tds is calculated on 17 lakh. So, I can't understand that from where 17 lakh came?????

194Q me tds tbhi deduct hota hai jn 50 lakh ke upr ho purchase Aur 50 lakh ke upr jo amt hai uspe deduct hota hai Iss question me Phli 2 transaction pe tds nhi jaega kyoki Agregate 45 lakh hua hai Aur next transaction 22 lakh ki hai But 50 lakh se upr wali amount pe tds deduct hona hai To 5 lakh hume minus krne hoge Kyoki 50 lakh ke upr wale amt pe tds jaega Isliye 17 lakh pe tds aaya hai
