It took 10 days for me for confirmation. I applied on 10/8/23 for CA intermediate and I got confirmation mail on 20/8/23 Wait till 31st Aug and check the status of payment if it's successful or pending. After that email at icai helpline or call. This delay is normal you will get confirmation before 31st Aug I hope so
