Section not necessary in exam ICAI didn't cut any marks if you not write section but remember if you are not sure about section of provision then not write wrong section because if you write wrong section and your ans is correct then marksa will be deducted but it's helpful in memorizing in the exam when you will learn along with section

It is not necessary write section in ca foundation marks will neither be added nor deducted for section however in ca inter you will lose marks for not writing the section

Law ke paper me section likhne jaisa koi compulsion nhii hai . Tum answer start karne ke liye ye line use kar sakte ho "as per the provisions of the (relevant act )"
