From RED, we can take R-6 and E-7.. So there is 2 option which have 6 as the second digit( R is in 2nd position in GREEN) Then, the next is E, and that is 7..so there is twi E and hence two 7... So, its option C

Yess c is the correct option because code no. For E is 7 and in green there are 2 times 7 one is on 3 and other is on 4 so ryt option is c
