I called icai they told me to wait for a month as i will give the attempt on May so they told me to wait for a month So is it necessary as they told the edition of books are available for Jan attempt students so should I wait or order it?

You will not get any mail from cds ,the mail containing srn and confirmation itself has a link of cds so you have to go on that link and order books from there
