If the question is silent regarding interest on calls in arrears, should interest still be charged?

not unless the question specifies you to provide interest, if it's silent about the rate then you can assume it to be 10%pa.

Ohh okay, thanks! I thought in exams if it’s silent we go by Table F (10% interest) that’s why I got confused
