Go for practical first because once you prepare well you can get exemption and cover your theory easily by scoring passing marks also

In revision phase try to complete theory topics in morning and when you get bored or tired try to solve practical questions sometimes in morning law and audit and at evening tax or gst at night any of the practical subject and if you are night owl then do theory after you get fresh and then practical subject till you sleep
