Fir uske baad Ek positive npv aayega aur ek negative npv aayega toh usse formula me daalke solve krlo.Note: question agar specifily krdeta hai konsi percentage leni hai toh (ek kam aur ek jyada wala use mt Krna)

Step 1.Pehle aap Kp ka value nikaloge (without IRR ) wale method se Fir uske baad jo percentage aayegi for eg. 4.86% Toh 4.86 se ek percent kam aur ek percent jyada 3% aur 5 % ka discounting factor nikaloge
