Q2 me agar wo employment k liye aa raha toh resident hi mana jayega, but wo resign kr deta hai , lekin wo abhi for any other purpose in which intention to stay in india for a uncertain period isliye wo pri mana jayega

The day on which proi comes to India for emp , is the day on which he becomes pri irrespective of his >182 wala criteria in the preceding fy. Toh according 1st q mai wo resident hai. I'm not so sure bout the 2nd one but I think jis din emp k layi india aya us din resident ban gaya , when he's not in employment fir hum >182 days wala criteria check karenge .
