And one more thing the length of this answer is not sufficient for 5 marks question (-1) which bring you to 1.5

You did write the provisions correctly and underlined the keywords but in 5 makes question you must give facts of the case in short and Brief form only.(-1). You have presented the answer properly giving me a wrong impact and also you have not answered neatly implying you are not confident (-1). And ICAI always deducts 1 number from every question so(-1) again. That brings to you 2 numbers Now since you have also mentioned related cases i will give you 0.5 marks
