Will pre construction interest for the period of 10 months from 1st june 2022 to 31st march2023 be considered or is it wrong to consider it as pre construction interest as per rule?

Subject to corrections. In the following cases PCPI shall be taken as Nill 1. If loan was borrowed in the year in which construction was completed (or) purchase 2. If 5 installments were already exhausted So in the given question building was constructed in the year of the loan was borrowed i.e construction complete on 31/03/2023 It satisfied 1st condition so we will take PCPI Nill
