In given question inne dono ka mixup use Kiya hai Fv to be redeemed 50 L Share issued (called up value) 10L + 12.5L So aab baki ka amount tumko GR se crr mai transfer karna padega

For redemption of share u have 2 options either tum jetna redeem karna chahti ho uss ka face value ka naya share issue kar lo or same face value ka amount ko crr mai transfer kar do and u can also use both
