In the NAM question give Assets and liabilities with revalued adjustment and in the NPM Question give Shares details with Swap ratio.

NAM mai PC pta krne ke liye Asset and liabilities taken over value maalum ho tb NAM use krte hai and NPM tb use krte hai jb PC malum ho aur Goodwill/Capital Reserve pta Krna ho.
